Eating can be easy

Food doesn’t have to be a battle.

Diet culture would make you believe that. All the rules about what you can eat, what you should eat, what you should never eat. The rules and judgment are endless.

But you can give diet culture the middle finger if you want to!

And still change your body. (if you want.)

Here’s how you do it, in the most simplified terms:

Eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re full. (which is not stuffed) Make small daily changes.

You need to change something you’re currently doing to get different results. So we’re simply going to uplevel your current eating.

The key here is current eating. You don’t need to do a kitchen cleanout, buy all new foods, or start meal prepping. You just need to make small changes…starting at your very next meal.

So using the guiding principle of eating when you’re hungry and stopping when you’re full, think about everything you ate yesterday.

Today you’ll eat the same, but make a small improvement.

  • Will you leave a couple of bites on your plate at every meal?

  • Will you cut out one snack?

  • Will you swap a large fry for a small fry?

  • Will you eat a fruit/veggie instead of a food that’s processed?

You choose.

Rinse and repeat.
