I spent the better part of 2 decades hating my body. I was constantly dieting….believing that happiness and self-acceptance were on the other side of smaller pants sizes. Yet, no matter how many times I lost weight, I always managed to regain it because I didn’t have a sustainable plan.

During my dieting years, I was constantly preoccupied with what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat. I was resentful of those who seemed to eat without consequence. I had unrealistic expectations of exercise and strict food rules that always set me up for failure and left me feeling defeated.

Because of this, I spent years in a vicious cycle of weekend overindulgence, followed by guilt & regret and a renewed commitment to “start again on Monday.”

Emotional eating?  Yep, that too:

  • Stress often became my excuse to eat excessively, a way of telling myself, "I deserved it."

  • High-calorie coffee drinks in the afternoons became a distraction from boredom or a convenient excuse to take a break from work.

  • And let's not forget those moments of celebration, marked by cocktails and cake, which only added to the struggles I faced. 

It wasn't until I finally gave up dieting and incessantly beating myself up that I finally achieved what I thought was impossible: a steady, healthy weight with zero food restrictions.

For the first time in my life, despite moments when I may have been leaner, I started to genuinely appreciate my body. Getting dressed became effortless, and I shed the fear of being noticed or judged by others.

This transformation led me to where I am today—a health and life coach dedicated to helping women like you (like me) break free from the weight loss rollercoaster of dieting and self-criticism.  No diets, only sustainable changes that yield lasting results.
